Question by Glen M: If a minor hits you can you practice self defense?
I am a Senior in High School, and if this little punk Sophmore kid hits me in the face, can I legally defend my self? A.K.A one punch lights out, and he cant press charges. I do not want to take it to this level but if he hits me, I want to know I cant get sued.

u will probably get in trouble. im not sure but u dont want to go to jail i was there and its bad…..
